Privacy Policy
Freedomvisory Ltd is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. We are registered in England and Wales, company number [to be inserted], and we operate from Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Questions about this policy, or any request concerning your data, should go to hello@freedomvisory.com.
What we collect
We collect only what the purpose requires. That is: the details you provide when you request a briefing or contact us, the details you provide when you subscribe to our writing, the responses and contact details you provide when you complete the CulturalOS™ Diagnostic, and, if you consent to analytics cookies, anonymous information about how this site is used.
Why we hold it, and on what basis
- To respond to your enquiry and to assess whether we are the right counsel for it. Our basis is legitimate interests, being the handling of a request you have made of us.
- To deliver advisory services under an engagement. Our basis is performance of a contract.
- To send you our writing and details of our sessions. Our basis is your consent, given separately and never bundled with an enquiry.
- To meet legal, tax and regulatory obligations. Our basis is legal obligation.
Who sees it
Your data is seen by Taqua Malik and, where an engagement requires it, by advisers bound to the same standard of confidentiality. We use a small number of processors to host this site, deliver email, and run the diagnostic. They act on our instructions and may not use your data for their own purposes. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing.
Transfers outside the UK
We operate from the United Arab Emirates, and some of our processors are located outside the UK and the European Economic Area. Where data is transferred, we rely on the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, together with an assessment of the safeguards in place.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are held for twenty-four months and then deleted. Engagement records are held for six years from the end of the engagement, to meet legal and professional requirements. Subscription details are held until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You may ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or erase it, object to or restrict our processing of it, ask for it in portable form, and withdraw consent at any time without affecting what was done before. Write to hello@freedomvisory.com and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, or to the supervisory authority where you live.
Security
Our work depends on discretion. Data is held on access-controlled systems, transmitted over encrypted connections, and shared only where an engagement requires it.

Terms and Conditions
These terms govern your use of this website. They do not govern an advisory engagement, which is set out in a separate engagement letter agreed with you. Where the two differ, the engagement letter prevails.
Use of this site
You may read, quote briefly with attribution, and share the material on this site. You may not reproduce it at length, republish it commercially, or present it as your own. Framework names, diagnostics and written material are the intellectual property of Freedomvisory Ltd and of Taqua Malik.
Intellectual property
CulturalOS™, the Silent Trust Decay Model™, the Five Invisible Contracts™, the Negotiation Terrain Map™, the Four-Layer Credibility Filter™ and the Three-Layer Contract Risk Model™ are proprietary frameworks. Use of them in a commercial or training setting requires written permission.
Enquiries
An enquiry through this site does not create a client relationship, and no engagement exists until an engagement letter is signed by both parties. We may decline an enquiry without giving reasons, including where a conflict exists.
Availability
We aim to keep the site available and current, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may change or withdraw material without notice.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on material published on this site.
Contact
Questions about these terms should go to hello@freedomvisory.com.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
